On 23 May 2011, Deputy Minister Mkhise (Higher Education), and Deputy Minister Bogopane-Zulu (Public Works) and Mr. Ka Toni (representing Minister Xingwana from the Office of Women, Children and People with Disabilities) visited our offices and took a tour of our facilities. Council's delegation was led by our Chairperson, Adv. Lucky Bokaba and our Vice Chairperson, Dr. Paveena Sukhraj-Ely

We hope that they all have a better understanding of the needs and capabilities of blind and partially sighted persons after their visit.

Mr. Jace Nair, our National Executive Director, thanked them for making the effort to visit us, especially so soon after the tiring work during the elections.
