Exhibition
The exhibition will run concurrently with the conference. We are planning to serve all lunches and teas in the exhibition venue, which will ensure exhibitors of valuable networking and marketing opportunities with conference delegates. There will also be time to exhibit from 08h00-09h00 and from 17h00-18h00 on Wednesday 28 October and on Thursday 29 October, and from 08h00-09h00 and from 14h00 to 16h00 on Friday 30 October. Space is limited and we therefore advice interested exhibitors to complete and return the exhibition booking form on or before 31 July 2009 to lvconference@sancb.org.za
A floorplan with available stands will be provided on www.sancb.org.za. To register as an exhibitor, click here.On receipt of your booking you will receive an exhibitors manual and an invoice for the exhibition fee. All fees have to be paid on or before 15 August 2009 to secure your booking.
Exhibition fees:
Early Bird booking (BOOK before 30 June 2009)
R12 180,00 + VAT
STANDARD BOOKING (BOOK BETWEEN 1 JULY 2009 AND 31 JULY 2009)
R13 380,00 + VAT
Above booking fees include:
- 3mx3m (9m²) stand
- 2 people per stand
- 1 table (1,8 x 900) and 2 chairs for each exhibitor
- Access to the conference for 2 people manning the stand
- Access to the whole exhibition area for 2 people manning the stand
- Conference Teas for 2 people manning the stand
- Lunch (including one soft drink) for 2 people manning the stand
- 2 x Conference Bags
- 2 entrances to the Cocktail Function
- 2 entrances to the Gala Dinner
