Accommodation
Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed and special rates have been made available for delegates to the conference. We do however suggest that accommodation bookings be made timeously as there are only a certain number of rooms available at the special rates. To qualify for these special rates accommodation bookings have to be made on or before 31 July 2009.
To make an accommodation booking, complete the accommodation section of the online registration form.
Please note:
- You must provide your credit card details on the form (This is a secure form, so all data is encrypted). The credit card details will be provided to the hotel to guarantee your accommodation reservation. No debit will be made against your card. However, the hotel will reserve (block) the relevant amount of funds required to cover your accommodation costs.
Upon, checking on, you will be required to present the credit card to the hotel.
Airport Hotel Transfers
Should you require a transfer from the OR Tambo airport to the Hotel and/or a return transfer, please indicate your requirements on the registration form by ticking the relevant option.

This accommodation is conveniently located at the venue. There are three restaurants to choose from at the Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre: the 120 Restaurant (fine dining restaurant), the Birchwood Spur (a family restaurant) and the Hi Flyerz Aviation Theme Bar (prices start from an estimate of R60 – R110.00)
